Import Txt Animation Data From After Effects to Toon Boom
* Tested with After Effects CS3 and CS6, using Windows 10.
- In After Effects keyframe every frame from the object you want to export the animation;
- Copy and paste them in Notepad. Save as .txt;
-Then in Toon Boom import the animation data using this script. Create a peg and name it as the txt file. (there's a button to do this). With this peg selected click 'Apply';
- You can import multiple txt files and paste their animations with one click, as long as the peg's names match the txt files names.
* Your Toon Boom project should match the After Effects project's resolution.
*I've added a new version of the file ('TBS_importAfterEffectsAnimation_v1.js'), in which I corrected the z-axis value. And it also tries to import the 3D rotation, but the 3D rotation in Toon Boom works a little different from After Effects, so I can't guarantee it will import correctly.
